WHAT'S INVOLVED?
Although a complex process, it can be broken down into several simple steps:
1) Clean & polishing of the hardware.
2) Tape the bag to prevent paint running
3) Cleaning of the leather to remove any surface grease.
4) Application of a leather Deglazer & Preparer to ensure a smooth & clean finish.
5) Dye the leather
6) Glaze the edging of the piece
7) Apply 2 coats of the leather paint of your choice (see all your options at the bottom of the page).
8) We add leather finisher & conditioner to ensure a long lasting effect.
